Please join us for our spring beer dinner featuring Hi-Wire Brewing on Wednesday, April 23rd. This six-beer, six-course dinner will feature favorites from Hi-Wire’s year round selection of brews, including the popular Hi-Wire Lager & Bed of Nails Brown, as well as a few never-before-seen seasonal and barrel-aged selections. This is truly a one of a kind opportunity to experience your favorite Hi-Wire Beers paired with Chef Chad’s unmistakable cuisine.

Braised cherries, beer soaked figs, roasted sunflower butter, fresh oregano,

brown butter pound cake Texas toast, charred orange mousse

 

Man eater Double IPA

Curried chicken liver butter, fireball whiskey, grapefruit marmalade,

butter poached rosemary, new pine growth pistou

 

Contortionist Black IPA

Coffee sausage, pancake bread pudding, baked blue cheese compote,

roasted ramps

 

Rum Barrel-aged Black IPA

Vanilla Coke rum cake, pine bark curd, bitter chocolate shavings, fried English peas
