Kermit Lynch Wine Dinner, March 5th

Join us Wednesday, March 5th for a 5-course dinner paired with carefully selected wines from Kermit Lynch. The featured wines are all from small vineyards with limited production. Richard McKinney from Tryon Distributors will be on hand to discuss the wines, and each selection will be available for purchase at the conclusion of the evening with case discounts available .

White pepper quark, green tea leaf honey, charred lemon curd, shallot jam, Splenda

Buffalo’d salt n’ pepper oysters, blue cheese remoulade crema, brussels sauerkraut, celery salsa

Potpourri-braised pork cheek terrine, pink peppercorn caviar, oyster jus mustard, fennel oil, confit egg yolk, herb salad

Shaved beef lardo, horseradish emulsion, thyme salt, caramelized cippolinis, brown butter blistered capers, roasted radishes, grilled sourdough

Braised boar leg crepinette, cranberry-cinnamon chili, pickled leek-jalapeno slaw, deviled yolk mousse
