Third Thursday with MALO 6/21

This month we welcome Charlotte-based artist MALO (Nico Amortegui), for our Third Thursday art reception. His modern abstract paintings, many of which are portraits, capture what he describes as “the strength I have witnessed from people living off the streets in my country – those that still seem to find nuggets of joy in life on a daily basis.”

The reception takes place at 5:30 p.m. on June 21st and is one of many Third Thursday events on Depot Street. His boldly colorful paintings will be on display through July 15th.
